Lifan 125
The Lifan 125 is a motorcycle that comes in commuter, sport and scooter versions. It is a highly efficient motorcycle that sports a 125cc gasoline 'single cylinder' four stroke engine. It is currently the fifth largest motorcycle company in China and a leading manufacturer of quality motorcycles and cars. Built and labeled as a sport bike, the Lifan 125 combines retro and classic looks with some excellent performance and technology. Its 125 cc four stroke engine ensures excellent power with high fuel efficiency. Its 5 speed transmission helps the rider weave through traffic effortlessly. There are two models of the Lifan 125 motorcycle. They are the 'Cross' and the 'Sport' models. The Cross model has two versions, i.e. the 2009 LF125-7D and the more recent 2012 LF125-3 cross. The Sport model on the other hand has three versions. They are the LF125-10K (2012), LF125-9A (2012) and the LF125-30 (2006). There are even three variants of a 'scooter' version of the Lifan 125. They are the Matrix 125, Smart 125 and the LF125 Smart. The scooter versions are also more popular than the motorcycle version in some countries where the extra storage and leg space up front is appreciated.
All Lifan 125 motorcycle models sport the same engine and share most of technical specs. The only difference is in their frame and structure.
